Holly was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and has lived in the Denver area for over 20 years. She graduated from Baylor University with a BBA degree, majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

As an interior designer for over 30 years, Holly has completed over 100 residential and commercial projects in major cities throughout the country, mostly in Colorado (Denver area and many mountain towns). Holly also owns a staging company and has assisted an additional 100-plus sellers with preparing their properties for the market for the last 15 years.

During this time, Holly has worked closely with several members of the Banyan Real Estate team providing market-ready services and staging for their clients. This led to a natural progression and privilege of joining the acclaimed Banyan team as a licensed real estate agent. Through these years, Holly has also assisted their buyer clients with her expertise as a designer to provide vision and advice on prospective properties for buyers. She enjoys helping buyers find and modify their new residence to make it their home and she fights to get the maximum equity when seller's are ready to make their move.

Having worked in the real estate market (and "fixing and flipping") for the last two decades, being an agent allows her to assist her clients through the entire process of buying or selling a home. She maintains a pro team of vendors, suppliers, and a large amount of staging inventory to facilitate the market-ready process. All of her sellers have seen superior results by achieving higher prices for their properties. She has maintained long-term personal and professional relationships with many of her clients.

Her interests outside of work include golf, polo, ATV riding, camping, gardening, and entertaining, while also maintaining her personal and popular blog "Home with Holliday" (www.homewithholliday.com). She and her husband live in Greenwood Village and have two adult children, and their Doberman.
